meditation ring

This meditation ring has beads made from your own breastmilk or other inclusion of choice. Beads spin freely creating a physical release for those who like to fidget or suffer from anxiety and stress.

• silver, gold, or rose gold filled
• ring is made to size, but slightly adjustable
• bypass style band is hand formed and hammered where the wire meets to secure the beads
• ring is meant to be adjusted once, repeated resizing will weaken the band and could potentially break the ring - include your size and I can have it ready to wear for you
• milk bead(s) measures around 5mm
• each piece is unique and will vary from the example shown
