this item!!! i have many items from over the years since i found this.. and this one is probably my favorite. i originally got it with my birthstone as a gift to myself. but when i got it my kids were checking it out and the string came untied... and in the process before i put it back on i came across some smaller heart birthstones i had gotten for my whole family. i added all of them in order on another string and put that around the neck and put the bigger red one around the crown.. and i tell you what it is amazing. its my favorite item ive gotten thus far and im just so in love. <3
