oval pearl leather necklace

A simple leather necklace strung with an oval pearl made from your own milk. 

• pearl measure about 12mm
  
• necklace length is approximate
• leather cord is 1.5mm
• cord is made in the USA
• all metal is nickel and lead free
• clasp available in sterling plated, gold plated, or copper
• each piece is unique and will vary from the example shown

Your pearl will be made with your very own breast milk and encased in protective resin. Milk will be swirled within the walls of the pearl, or choose a solid bead for a pearl with continuous color and minimal variations. It will have a raw edge and will not be perfect and smooth like commercially made beads because they are hand formed. A natural reaction between the milk and resin will create tiny bumps and craters on the surface of your bead. This creates a very unique, organic appearance and adds to the remarkable character of your very own milk pearl.
