Please contact me at hello@hollyday.co prior to purchasing so I can make sure that your request can be fulfilled. In some cases your item may need to be remade entirely, extra fees may apply.

• you will need to return your original item to me
• it is your responsibility to make sure your keepsake is packaged with care
• I will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping due to poor packaging
• please include your original and current order numbers when sending your keepsake back to me
• you will not need to send your inclusion again unless requested otherwise
