Photos and detailed description of your request is required to checkout as it is very time consuming to cross-reference messages. Please be as specific as possible so there are no delays in your order processing.

• in the event I am not able to complete your request a full or partial in store credit may be issued depending on how involved the attempt was
• I am not responsible for loss or damage when sending in your piece, consider insuring your package
